ActorsPR is an online training program that gives actors a blueprint for starting and building an acting career. It is not a guarantee of success. Outside of disputes or refund requests that fall within the described 10-business-day refund period from the date of first purchase or the date of a signed client agreement—whichever is longer—any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any ActorsPR services or to any products or services sold or distributed by ActorsPR will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award damages and relief on an individual basis (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages) and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
All course payment installments must be paid on the due date. If a payment is missed and exceeds a 30-day period, it will be reported to all three credit bureaus.
